Timbertop D Unit Replacement

D Unit has served Timbertop Campus for the last 55 years. Now it is time to replace this tired (but proud) original, so that students for the next 50-plus years can be afforded the same unique educational opportunities as what the 700-plus D Unit Old Geelong Grammarians have experienced.

'Unit life' is where students develop a sense of identity and responsibility and to learn the valuable lessons of human relationships.

The cost of the replacing D Unit is $850,000. The new Unit will maximise and provide ecologically sustainable design concepts and meet the very strict requirements of the Australian Standards for Construction in bushfire prone areas. As soon as the fundraising goal has been reached, building will commence.

The fundraising effort is focused on more than 700 Old Geelong Grammarians who have called D Unit 'home'. All gifts towards this project are fully tax deductible and we welcome one-off gifts or pledges over four years.
