USA Foundation

The Australian Independent Schools USA Foundation (AISUSA Foundation) was incorporated in the USA in 2006 under the auspices of Elizabeth Pont, Executive Director of the Geelong Grammar Foundation.

The AISUSA Foundation has been granted a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) status by the US Internal Revenue Service. Gifts to the Foundation are tax deductible for US taxpayers and may be of benefit to Canadians with US tax liability.

The AISUSA Foundation was created specifically to give Alumni and friends and funding organisations in the United States a way to support educational institutions in Australia.
