Charlie Sutherland (P'86)
Chairman


Mr Sutherland is an Old Geelong Grammarian and is a Director of the Geelong Grammar Foundation

He is a Director of DDM Securities and Maecenas Capital, corporate advisory firms in Melbourne. He serves on the advisory board of Small Business Australia, as an Ambassador for SecondBite and Calm In the City.  He is also a life member of the Melbourne University Cricket Club. 

Mary Morton (Cl’85)
Co-President

Mrs Morton is an Old Geelong Grammarian, current parent and is a Director of the Geelong Grammar Foundation.

She is a member of the Major Gifts and Scholarship Fundraising Committee and was President of the Old Geelong Grammarians Association from June 2000 to May 2012.

She is on the Marcus Oldham College Foundation Board and is the owner/co-founder of PR and marketing agency, ID Collective.

Bill Ranken (M'72)
Co-President

Mr Ranken is an Old Geelong Grammarian and a past parent. He was Chairman of the Geelong Grammar Foundation from November 2007 to April 2016 and a Director of the Geelong Grammar Foundation from August 2006 to May 2021.

He sits on the Allocations and Investments Committee.

He is a Trustee of The William Angliss Charitable Fund. He has 34 years’ experience in the financial services industry and previously was a stockbroker at JBWere and Goldman Sachs JBWere.

Ros Adams (Ritchie, Cl'76)

Mrs Adams is an Old Geelong Grammarian and a past parent.

She is an international award-winning winemaker and founder of Ros Ritchie Wines.

Susannah Calvert-Jones

Ms Calvert-Jones is a current parent and is a Director of the Geelong Grammar Foundation.

She was Managing Director at Stellar Concepts PR and served on the Development Board of the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute for five years.

Susie Donald (The Hermitage '76)

Ms Donald is a Hermitage Old Girl, past parent and member of the OGG Committee.

She is a former chef, food stylist and award-winning author who currently runs her own catering company.

Ben Grodski (FB’91)

Mr Grodski is a past student and current parent of Geelong Grammar School. He is a committee member of the School Council’s Audit, Finance & Risk Committee, as well as being Vice President of the Newman Club.

He is currently a partner of Boag Financial and has provided Investment Advice for over 25 years to both Institutions and Private Wealth clients.

Michael Lane (FB’80)

Mr Lane is an Old Geelong Grammarian and a past parent.

Prior to retiring in 2014, he spent 33 years in the Motor Industry in a variety of roles.

Jo McDonald (G’87)

Ms McDonald is an Old Geelong Grammarian.

She is a management consultant, advising on finance and operations in commercial property.  She previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Serena Mitchell (Cl'83)

Mrs Mitchell is an Old Geelong Grammarian, current parent and is a Director of the Geelong Grammar Foundation.

She is PR and Communications Manager at luxury travel company Abercrombie & Kent.

Robert Perry (A’83)

Mr Perry is a past student and past parent of Geelong Grammar School, is a committee member of the Old Geelong Grammarian Association, as well as being a member of the Tunbridge Club.

He is a partner of Ernst & Young (EY) and has provided corporate advice and assurance services during his over 30 years with the firm. 

Cathie Vickers-Willis

Mrs Vickers-Willis is a past parent and past member of staff.

She was formerly the President of the Newman Club and the inaugural President of the GGS Past Parents' Network.

She is currently a Director of the Fintona Girls’ School Board of Management and works in the Events and Partnership space.

Sam Wilson (M’85)

Mr Wilson is an Old Geelong Grammarian and works on the land in the Western District.
