WELCOME FROM THE CHAIR, PENELOPE MCBAIN
The Geelong Grammar Foundation was established to assist the School Council to preserve the position and facilities of the School, and through the generosity of generations of our community, we have been able to provide assistance in a wide variety of ways.
Over the years the Foundation has assisted in raising funds for the Handbury Centre for Wellbeing, the David William Robert Knox Equestrian Centre, the School for Performing Arts and Creative Education, the Toorak Wellbeing Centre, Timbertop refurbishments and to support hundreds of students through Scholarships.
Our purpose is to help the school to deliver on its promise of an Exceptional Education and to offer the opportunity of a Geelong Grammar School education to a diversity of students.
Giving generously and for the future is a strong theme of the support we receive from the Geelong Grammar community.
I take the opportunity to recognise the significant philanthropic gifts received in years gone by truly exceptional donors. We are immensely grateful for the outstanding generosity of our community and the leadership so many have shown in support of our School. We hope that you too will be inspired to ‘put back in’ and ensure the best possible opportunities for future generations of students.
I invite you to explore this website for details of the projects that we support and news of recent events, so that you too can experience the joy of giving.
