David Bott is the Associate Director of the Institute of Positive Education. David has been involved in training thousands of teachers from hundreds of schools around the world in designing, implementing and sustaining individual and whole-school approaches to wellbeing.

 

 

Andrew Fordy 135

 

Andrew Ford is a Consultant with the Institute of Positive Education. Passionate about growth and development, he draws on over twenty years of experience in youth and community organisations. Andrew is currently studying a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology.

 

 

Carla Fordy 135

 

Carla Ford is a Consultant with the Institute of Positive Education. She has designed and developed curriculum and training programs in Australia and the UK, and is passionate about creating light-bulb moments of understanding. Carla holds a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and an honours degree in Theology.

 

 

Jen Hanson-Peterson 135

 

Jennifer Hanson-Peterson is a Consultant with the Institute of Positive Education. She completed her Masters in Human Development, Learning, and Culture, with a concentration in Social-Emotional Learning and Development at the University of British Columbia, Canada.

 

 

Cat Lamb 135

 

Cat Lamb is a Consultant with the Institute of Positive Education. She has worked with adolescents in outdoor education in Australia and overseas for over 10 years. Most recently, she lived and worked as an Outdoor Educator and Teacher at Geelong Grammar School’s Timbertop Campus. Cat holds a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology.

Rhiannon McGee is the Head of Positive Education at Geelong Grammar School, leading the School’s wellbeing program across four campuses. She is passionate about the promotion of community wellbeing and this has motivated her to complete the Masters of Education (Student Wellbeing), and the Masters of Applied Positive Psychology.

Justin Robinson is the inaugural Director of the Institute of Positive Education. As a passionate leader in the field of student and staff wellbeing, Justin has been invited to write for a number of publications and speak at conferences both in Australia and around the world.

 

 

Charlie Scudamore

 

Charlie Scudamore is the Vice Principal at Geelong Grammar School where he oversees staff and student welfare, Positive Education and Creative Education. In 2016, his work was recognised by Professor Martin Seligman when he presented Charlie with a Pioneer Award in Positive Psychology.

Jessica Taylor is a Consultant with the Institute of Positive Education. Having completed the Masters of Applied Positive Psychology, she has extensive teaching experience across all school levels, both within Australia and Internationally.
