David Bott is the Associate Director of the Institute of Positive Education. David has been involved in training thousands of teachers from hundreds of schools around the world in designing, implementing and sustaining individual and whole-school approaches to wellbeing.

 

 

Lucy Carroll 135

 

Lucy Carroll is the Training Manager at the Institute of Positive Education. Lucy is an accredited coach with Growth Coaching International and holds a Masters of Education. Her professional life has included work as a teacher, museum educator, curriculum advisor, project manager and consultant to schools.

 

 

Andrew Ford 135

 

Andrew Ford is a Trainer and Content Developer for the Institute of Positive Education. Passionate about growth and development, he draws on over twenty years of experience in youth and community organisations. Andrew is currently studying a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology.

 

 

Carla Ford 135

 

Carla Ford is a Trainer and Content Developer for the Institute of Positive Education. She has designed and developed curriculum and training programs in Australia and the UK, and is passionate about creating light-bulb moments of understanding. Carla holds a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and an honours degree in Theology.

 

 

Ronald Lalonde 135

 

Ronald Lalonde is the Middle East Regional Manager at the Institute of Positive Education based out of Dubai. He earned a Master’s Degree in Educational Philosophy from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, and a doctorate from the University of Calgary, where he focused on critical issues in consulting students.

 

 

Cat Lamb 135

 

Cat Lamb is a senior Trainer and Content Developer for the Institute of Positive Education. She has worked with adolescents in outdoor education in Australia and overseas for over 10 years. Most recently, she lived and worked as an Outdoor Educator and Teacher at Geelong Grammar School’s Timbertop Campus. Cat holds a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology.

 

 

Renee Lane 135

 

Renee Lane is a Trainer and Content Developer for the Institute of Positive Education. She has worked in education for the last 18 years with a focus on student management and wellbeing, health, physical education and outdoor education. Most recently, she spent 8 years as the Lead Education Officer at BioLAB: The Victoria Bioscience Education Centre.

Tamara Lechner is the Canadian Regional Manager at the Institute of Positive Education based out of Victoria BC. She is responsible for helping the Institute attain their mission of delivering transformational educational programmes that place wellbeing at the heart of education worldwide.

 

 

 

Rhiannon McGee 135x135

 

Rhiannon McGee is the Head of Positive Education at GGS, leading the School’s wellbeing program across four campuses. She is passionate about the promotion of community wellbeing and this has motivated her to complete the Masters of Education (Student Wellbeing), and the Masters of Applied Positive Psychology.

Justin Robinson is the inaugural Director of the Institute of Positive Education. As a passionate leader in the field of student and staff wellbeing, Justin has been invited to write for a number of publications and speak at conferences both in Australia and around the world.

 

 

 

Charlie Scudamore

 

Charlie Scudamore is the Vice Principal at Geelong Grammar School where he oversees staff and student welfare, Positive Education and Creative Education. In 2016, his work was recognised by Professor Martin Seligman when he presented Charlie with a Pioneer Award in Positive Psychology.

Jessica Taylor is a senior Trainer and Content Developer for the Institute of Positive Education. Having completed the Masters of Applied Positive Psychology, she has extensive teaching experience across all school levels, both within Australia and Internationally.
