Our passion to present keynotes and workshops at national and international conferences is directly linked to our purpose to inspire our world to place wellbeing at the heart of education. It is an honour to share our pioneering work in the field of Positive Education along with the many nuances of supporting hundreds of schools to implement and sustain an integrated, whole-school approach to wellbeing.

Our Director, Justin Robinson, and Associate Director, David Bott, along with senior members of our Training, Research and Curriculum teams are all available to deliver engaging and meaningful conference presentations. Our approach is to authentically share insights, challenges and practical examples that can assist educators around the world with their ongoing journey of prioritising wellbeing.

Justin Robinson is the inaugural Director of the Institute of Positive Education. As a passionate leader in the field of student and staff wellbeing, Justin has been invited to write for a number of publications and speak at conferences both in Australia and around the world.

More About Justin:

Justin Robinson is the inaugural Director of the Institute of Positive Education, based at Geelong Grammar School. He leads a team dedicated to promoting the theory and practice of Positive Education through research and providing training for other educators. As a passionate leader in the field of student and staff wellbeing, Justin has been invited to write for a number of publications and speak at conferences both in Australia and around the world. His appointment at the Institute follows a successful career as a Mathematics and Physical Education teacher and school leader at both Geelong Grammar School and Trinity Grammar School. An enthusiastic sportsman, Justin has coached many school sporting teams and is a keen marathon runner. Justin is an Honorary Fellow of Melbourne Graduate School of Education, and lives with his wife Jeanette and their four children on the Corio campus of Geelong Grammar School. Justin was named as one of the top 50 education professionals by The Educator.

David Bott, Associate Director, Institute of Positive Education:

David Bott is the Associate Director of the Institute of Positive Education. David has been involved in training thousands of teachers from hundreds of schools around the world in designing, implementing and sustaining individual and whole-school approaches to wellbeing.

David Bott is the Associate Director of the Institute of Positive Education. David helps lead one of the world’s most experienced teams dedicated to research, development and training in the field of Positive Education. David has been involved in training thousands of teachers from hundreds of schools around the world in designing, implementing and sustaining individual and whole-school approaches to wellbeing. David also consults with some of the world’s leading schools to help guide wellbeing vision and strategy. David’s current role follows three years as Head of Positive Education at Geelong Grammar where he led the School’s wellbeing programme across four campuses and headed the School’s Psychology Department. David lives with his wife, son and daughter on the Corio campus of Geelong Grammar School.
