The author of multiple, global, bestselling books on positive psychology, Professor Seligman also designed the most cited model of wellbeing, PERMA. His most recent book is the internationally acclaimed, Flourish and he co-authored the Values in Action (VIA) Character Strengths Survey that has become the standard for empirical and therapeutic reference in the field of positive psychology. 

Professor Seligman’s work on positive psychology and wellbeing has significantly influenced and contributed to fields including medicine, psychiatry, policy and political studies, economics and education, making him one of the most cited psychologists in history. Professor Seligman is a powerful advocate for education and the wellbeing of children and adolescents and is the Patron of the Positive Education Schools Association.
