Enriching your Positive Education Programme

Is it time to add new resources, research and classroom ideas to your Positive Education toolkit? This four-day course has been designed for educators who have a foundational knowledge of Positive Education and the science upon which it is founded. New research and topics in Positive Psychology will be unpacked and discussed in terms of their application in the classroom. 

Participants will be exploring the applied nature of a range of theories and concepts including:

  • Positive Accomplishment: Grit and Hope Theory
  • Positive Health: Physical Exercise and Living with Ease
  • Positive Relationships: Forgiveness and Kindness
  • Positive Emotions: Savouring, and Humour and Playfulness
  • Positive Engagement: Curiosity
  • Positive Purpose: Meaningful Work



AUDIENCE

This course has been designed for educators who have done a prior course with The Institute of Positive Education, and have a foundational understanding of the science of Positive Psychology.

Accreditation: 4 professional development days.
