ATHLETICS CARNIVAL – SUNDAY 11 SEPTEMBER
All Senior School Houses, Middle School and other Campuses will have designated areas to use as their meeting places throughout the day. These specific areas will be communicated in the printed booklet available on the day.
8.00am Holy Communion Service (voluntary) in Chapel
Parking available in Biddlecombe Avenue, Main Car Park (School Road) and the Handbury Centre for Wellbeing
(Specific car parks on the Main and Perry ovals - reserved only for those who procured them via the John Landy Car Park Online Auction (Auction is now closed.)
8.15am Timbertop parents and students breakfast in the Dining Hall
9.30am Thanksgiving Service (Dining Hall lawn)
10.30am Athletics Programme begins on Main and Perry Ovals
Food stalls open for refreshments
11.30am Tour of SS Houses for current TT Parents (meet at Clock Tower)
12.30pm Hockey Support Group AGM in Hawker Library (meeting will finish by 1pm)
1.00pm Lunch – Dining Hall (for students) or Food stalls
1.50pm Afternoon Athletics Programme begins
4.30pm Timbertop students depart
4.45pm Presentations outside the Tunbridge Pavilion
The Sinclaire Centre will be open for viewing of the Coriobald Exhibition from 11.00am till 4.00pm. Come and vote for your favourite artwork in the "People's Choice" category.
Geelong Grammar School merchandise will be available from the Uniform Shop in the Handbury Centre for Wellbeing from 10.30am to 4.00pm, or from 10.15am to 4.00pm at the GGS Shop marquee in front of the Clock Tower.
The Handbury Centre for Wellbeing will be open between 10.30am and 5.30pm, while the John Court Café will be open from 10.30am to 4.30pm.

If it is confirmed that adverse weather conditions are likely to affect this year's Athletics Carnival, parents will be able to find information on the home page of the School Portal, as well as the news section of the GGS App. In addition, parents can contact the Corio wet weather number (+61 3 5273 9868) for information – a decision to cancel the Thanksgiving Service and Primary Sports Carnival will be made at 1.00pm on Saturday 10 September.
