The School hosts an incredibly vibrant and diverse range of dramatic productions, from our annual ELC-Year 2 Production at Toorak Campus and the Middle School Production for Years 7 and 8 students to works conceived and performed by our senior students in Years 11 and 12. Each year we work with students who are committed not only to what they bring themselves to each production but also to the collaborative processes of theatre: sharing the joys and the burdens of production.
YEAR 10 PLAY - HAMLETTE - JUNE 2016
IB THEATRE PRODUCTION - ON BEING SANE IN INSANE PLACES - MAY 2016
MIDDLE SCHOOL PLAY - MIDNITE - NOVEMBER 2015
SENIOR SCHOOL PLAY - MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING - SEPTEMBER 2015
Much Ado About Nothing is a contemporary interpretation of Shakespeare’s famous comedy that was set somewhere like the Hamptons – but not the Hamptons. Performed, like iGod, in the new Bracebridge Wilson Studio inside the SPACE, it was – amazingly – sold-out. On the last night, there was – literally – standing-room only, a rather quirky concept to think of a community clamouring to see a Shakespeare play.
YEAR 12 THEATRE STUDIES - RUBY MOON - MAY 2015
SENIOR SCHOOL PLAY - LIAR! LIAR! - NOVEMBER 2014
The 2014 Senior School Play, Liar! Liar!, was an adaptation of Carlo Goldoni’s Italian comedy, Il Bugiardo (The Liar), first performed in the 1750-51 season at the Teatro Sant' Angelo in Venice. Italy.
MIDDLE SCHOOL PRODUCTION - BUGSY MALONE - NOVEMBER 2014
This year's Middle School Play, Bugsy Malone, is a parody of the 1920s Prohibition era and of gangsters like Al Capone and Bugs Moran; however, it was originally written for child actors.
YEAR 10 PLAY - ZERO SUM - NOVEMBER 2013
Zero Sum was a performance piece devised by the Year 10 Drama class in Semester 2, 2013.
SENIOR SCHOOL PRODUCTION - ROMEO AND JULIET - SEPTEMBER 2013

YEAR 12 IB THEATRE ARTS - TEN SECONDS LATER - MAY 2013
