The Glamorgan Association Friends of Toorak warmly invites all families and friends of Toorak Campus to join the Toorak Campus Marquee at GGS Athletics Day at Corio.
The marquee will be a great place to catch up with other families, to cheer on the Toorak Campus students and watch the exciting athletics events throughout the day.
Date: Sunday 15 September 2024
Venue: Corio Campus
Time: A Thanksgiving Day Chapel service will be held from 9.30am on the Dining Hall Lawn with the Athletics Carnival kicking off at 10.15am
Dress Code: Smart Casual Winter Attire
BYO: Non-alcoholic drinks & water bottles
RSVP: Essential by Thursday 5 September 2024 here – Please include students as part of your booking
We will provide a BBQ sausage sizzle for lunch.
Please can families bring finger food ready to share.
Please ensure you complete the attached Food Allergen Matrix for all food that is brought into the School.
BYO: Picnic Rugs, non-alcoholic drinks & water bottles.
Glassware will be provided.
Alcohol will be available to purchase via eftpos during lunch hours of 12.30 – 2.30pm
Activities including a rock climbing wall, face painting, and giant bubbles will be available
Please note: Alcohol will be offered at bar prices (no BYO alcohol).
