LEAVERS' CELEBRATION CEREMONY  -  Sunday, 20 October 2019

Programme of Events

11.00am      Leavers’ Service in the Chapel of All Saints                         (All Year 12 Leavers, their Families and Special Guests are invited)
12.20pm      Official Opening of PRIMED Exhibition in the Sinclaire Centre
12.40pm
      Lunch in the Darling Hall and Dining Hall                           (All Year 12 Leavers, their Families and Special Guests are invited)
2.30pm        Speeches and Prize Giving, The Play House, SPACE         (Please be seated by 2.20pm) (All School Community is invited)

Afternoon tea will be served in the Foyer, SPACE, immediately after Speeches and Prize Giving, from about 4.30pm. (All welcome)

Photo Booth:

There will be an opportunity for Year 12 Leavers and their Families to have a (free) commemorative photo taken on the day.
Photo Booth will be set up in X05, SPACE and will be open between 12 midday and 2pm, and then again after the Speeches between 4:15pm and 5:20pm.

Exhibitions:

The Official Opening of PRIMED (VCE & IB Year 12 Artwork) Exhibition will be held at 12.20pm in the Sinclaire Centre.

You are also warmly invited to view the Exhibitions between 12.00pm - 2.00pm and 4.00pm - 5.00pm:
PRIMED Art and Visual Communication & Design Exhibition in the Hirschfeld Mack Centre, the Art School and the Sinclaire Centre;
Technology Exhibition including Agriculture and Horticulture, in the Technology Centre.
