Notice of Resignation of Auditor and Appointment of Auditor
The Company wishes to notify Members that following a tender process, PricewaterhouseCoopers has resigned as Auditor for the Company and Grant Thornton has been appointed as Auditor for the Company. Grant Thornton is appointed as the Company Auditor for 3 years commencing with the 2019 audit.
