You’ll hear from Geelong Grammar School Principal, Rebecca Cody, and Head of Timbertop, Ross
Hopkins, as they share their reflections. The evening also offers the chance to connect with staff,
share stories, and enjoy delicious food and drinks amidst the beauty of our mountainside campus.

We know many of you travel far to be here, and we deeply appreciate your effort. Fire drums will
add warmth and atmosphere, but please dress for the cool mountain air — a warm coat and gloves are
recommended for this indoor-outdoor event.

We look forward to welcoming you for a night of joy, connection, and celebration at Timbertop.

Exeat Recommendation: Please ensure your child has a restful weekend. We have found in past years
this can be challenging for those staying on Mt Buller. We have had students return to Campus after
Exeat injured, exhausted and/or unwell and it has been detrimental to their experience in the
Timbertop Programme. The second half of Term 3 is incredible, and we need our students to be ready
with a full bill of health.

We look forward to spending a very special Timbertop evening with you all.
